Venture for America’s Pittsburgh Director Katie Grimm is in Scot’s studio this week, talking about how a VfA fellow can help a startup in its quest to achieve a faster rate of growth. It’s a two year commitment on the part of the fellow, and the startup isn’t responsible for paying anywhere near the going rate for the top talent they will get. Employers must pay at least the minimum of $38k per year, and offer healthcare benefits.
