The good news is that the talk is actually pretty useful. Entitled “Unfuck Your Sales Culture by Changing Your Funnel”, Scot’s presentation tackles a problem a lot of businesses experience: an unbalanced power structure in the sales department, based on the priorities that people glean from the traditional sales funnel. He’s a world class nerd when it comes to sales funnels, marketing funnels, and whiskey funnels.
