Scot's Latest "Werkshop" in StartNow: Ask Better Questions
In case you missed it, Scot started writing a new Pitchwerks-y column for StartNow Pittsburgh last month, called The Werkshop. The intent is for the reader to be able to try to change the way they do something for 30 days and see if it helps them in their entrepreneurial / sales / marketing life.
This month’s column is about adapting the “qualification” step of the typical sales process to a broader use. The qualification step is used by salespeople as a way to identify good opportunities and to screen out bad ones before they waste precious selling hours.
